The Institute undertakes the following obligations

1) Providing the "Foreign Researcher" with an academic advisor.

2) Providing a reader's pass to  the Institute's library and manuscripts fund without payment.

3) Provide letters of support to archives, museums and other research centers of other regions and cities of the country to collect research data.

4) Properly justify that the "Foreign Researcher" has the right to receive free primary medical care in a medical institution, and that in the event of the need for paid medical care, it will be covered by the " Foreign Researcher".

The "Foreign Researcher" undertakes the following obligations

1) "Foreign Researcher" pays 250 (two hundred and fifty) US dollars in Uzbek soums to the account number of the Institute by the 10th of every month at the rate set by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2) The Foreign Researcher obeys the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, rules of residence and movement established for foreign citizens in the Republic of Uzbekistan, internal rules and regulations of the "Regulation on Education of Foreign Citizens in Uzbekistan" and procedures for engaging in science in the institution.

3) Compensation for damage to property.

4) Timely execution of tasks related to the activity of the Institute and submission of reports.

5) Giving a lecture on his/her research work within the "Bilimkent" seminars organized by the Institute.
